2-Week Intro Pass
Includes group yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hot Yoga, Kids Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation) and group mat Pilates. It does not include Reformer Pilates or Pilates Chair classes, which are booked by appointment.
How to begin
Hatha or mat Pilates is the usual first stop. If you are not sure, call or stop in and tell us where you feel stiff. We’ll help you pick.
Classes are booked through our online schedule. You can register up to a week ahead, and walk-ins are welcome when there is room.
We’ll show you where to leave your things, where the water is, and where to set up. You’ll be introduced to your instructor before class starts.
